(If you use Firefox go here) If you are running Internet Explorer, after clicking the "Invite Support" button you will probably see the following Security Warning:
Click the Run Button You will then see a second Security Warning message,
Click the Run button again You will then briefly see this screen
The above screen will disappear after about 2 seconds at which time the following message will display at the bottom right of your screen warning you that your machine is now connected.
We will then be able to see and control you machine. If at anytime you wish to break the connection simply click, with the RIGHT mouse button, on the icon as indicated below and select close from the menu that will pop-up:-
