If you are using FireFox as your browser, instead of Microsoft's' Internet Explorer, then, after clicking the "Invite Support" Button you should see this message box:-
Click OK. You should then get the following message box.
Click Open (where the arrow indicates). This will popup the following warning message:-
Click OK for the program to run You will then briefly see this screen
The above screen will disappear after about 2 seconds at which time the following message will display at the bottom right of your screen warning you that your machine is now connected.
We will then be able to see and control you machine. If at anytime you wish to break the connection simply click, with the RIGHT mouse button, on the icon as indicated below and select close from the menu that will pop-up:-
